How do I get there?

1. By road:
For those travelling from Wellington City and other parts of North Island, there are plenty of parking available on site. Please indicate on your registration form if you might be able to offer others a ride.

2. By flight then road:
For Friday 6 May, we would recommend booking a flight arriving into Wellington late morning or early afternoon. For Sunday 8 May, pick a flight leaving Wellington in the evening.

El Rancho is another 1 hour drive from Wellington airport and 1.5 hour drive from Palmerston North airport. Please indicate on your registration form the details of your flights (i.e. the day and time it arrives and departs) in order for us to arrange your transportation to and/or from the airport to El Rancho.
 

What should I bring?

You will need to bring:
- towel and personal toiletries
- comfortable shoes for walking
- bible
- water bottle
- top bedding or a linen set
 

Where are we at El Rancho?

We are meeting at the Elm Fireside, please refer to the map. Drive past the reception to the back, you do not have to report to Reception.

For those who are staying overnight, your accommodation is at the Villas or the Elm Lodge, next to Elm Fireside. When you arrive, you do not have to report to Reception, instead just head straight to the Elm Fireside where you will register yourself in with us and pick up your room key.
